Billy Hamill, who was undefeated at last week's events at Inland Motorcycle Speedway and Costa Mesa Speedway, entered the Scratch Main Event with victories in his heat and semi. Billy Hamill rocketed off the starting line from gate three and went to the outside in turn one while Charlie "The Edge" Venegas tried to make the inside work. Billy Hamill found plenty of grip and opened a large gap on the first lap. The only view the leader gave his competition was that of the number 104 on his back getting farther and farther away. Billy Hamill was first to the checkered flag, Venegas finished second, Under 21 National Champion Austin Novratil was third, and former Under 21 National Champion Neil Facchini finishing fourth.
Russell Green was the initial leader of the eight-man Handicap Main Event. Billy Hamill, starting from the 40 yard line, immediately went to the outside and was passing riders in wholesale fashion and was in second at the end of the first lap. He remained on the outside and went around Green the second time down the back straight. The result was predictable but instead of going to the inside as most racers would, Billy Hamill blistered the track around the outside line despite having the race in his back pocket and much to the delight of the crowd. The multi-time National Champion was an easy winner and completed his double main-event evening. Novratil was second, Shawn "Mad Dog" McConnell finished third, Jimmy "Little Animal" Fishback was fourth, and Venegas finished fifth.
Danny Baker made the best start in the Third Division Main Event and never looked back on his way to winning the Third Division Main Event. Kip McClain finished second, Craig Sprecher was third, and Rick Huspek finished fourth.
Dalton Leedy led the Youth 250cc Main Event before Kurtis Hamill took over. Max Ruml stormed from the back of the field and passed Kurtis Hamill for the lead on the second lap and raced away with the victory. Kurtis Hamill held on to second, Leedy was third, and Broc Nicol finished fourth.
Sebastian Palmese was leading the Youth 200cc Main Event before falling and bringing out the red flag. An injury prevented him from making the restart. Tristan Britt led the restart but Michael Wells went by him on the back straight. Wells led for a lap before Braydan Galvin used the outside to pass him at the end of the second lap. Galvin raced away to remain the only main event winner in the division at Industry this season. Wells finished second, Britt was third, and Palmese was credited with fourth.
Despite having to line up in gate four Joe Jones and Johnny Glover were undeterred and made a phenomenal start to lead the Sidecar Main Event into turn one. The action behind them was furious as their competitors scrambled to position themselves for a shot at the leader. The three teams behind them were so occupied with each other Jones and Glover pulled away for the win. Meanwhile, the minor places were swapped several times before Dave Alexander and Caleb Kentucci held on for second, Dylan Beard and David Crews were third, and Kevin Brown and Nick Hertrick finished fourth.
Next week's event at Industry Racing will feature all divisions of speedway and will include the second Last of the Mohicans Last Man Out Challenge of the season.
