Fast Fridays

They journeyed from halfway around the world, ending up in Auburn, California at Fast Friday's Motorcycle Speedway Saturday night, and on borrowed bikes and on track that they were in no way accustomed to handed the USA team loss in a very close speedway racing contest. The very talented World team assembled by Fast Friday's promoter David Joiner notched another win in the Fast Friday's season ending finale USA vs. The World. The World team consisted of three riders from Sweden, one rider from Britain, one from Denmark and one from the United States. The World team beat the USA team in a very tight contest 73-66 that was close all night with the lead going back and forth numerous times. For various reasons, COVID and fires in our area, the international grudge match has not been staged since 2019 and including this year's win the World team has come out on top the last three years. The overall tally of the series now sits at 12 wins for the USA and eight wins The World.

High scorers for each team were Billy Janniro who scored 21 points for the USA and Adam Ellis from Great Britain who scored 21 points for the World. Results listed below with a full story to follow soon.
