Fast Fridays, Auburn, California USA - June 6, 2008
By Gary Roberts

A pleasant evening, not too hot, the track started out deep and dry. Riders frequently complain there is not enough dirt on the track, not the case tonight. Early on, most struggled, some fell. But by the end of the evening there were a number of racing lines.

Scratch Main Event
1. Bart Bast; 2. Charlie Venegas; 3. Tommy Hedden; 4. Kenny Ingalls.
Bast made the gate, followed closely by Hedden and Venegas. Venegas tried the outside line to get around Bast, but could not find the traction.

Scratch Consolation Event
1. Mike Faria; 2. Chad Felicio; 3. JT Mabry; 4. Ivan Sevart.

Handicap Main Event
1. Mike Faria; 2. Alex Marcucci; 3. Bart Bast; 4. JJ Martynse; 5. Kenny Ingalls.
